Migrating Business-Critical Integrations Without Disruption
The Overview
Client:
MiX Telematics (now Powerfleet)
Industry:
Fleet Management & Telematics
MiX Telematics (now Powerfleet) is a global provider of fleet management and telematics solutions, relying on numerous integration services to keep its platform running for thousands of active customers.
Anylytical Technologies partnered with MiX Telematics to migrate its integration platform from Sonic ESB to Mule ESB without disrupting the customers who depended on it daily.

The Challenge
MiX Telematics relied on numerous integration services built on Sonic ESB, a legacy enterprise integration platform that had become increasingly difficult to maintain and evolve. The challenge was to migrate a large number of business-critical services without disrupting operations or impacting customers who depended on these services daily.
The Solution
Anylytical Technologies successfully migrated integration services from Sonic ESB to Mule ESB using a phased and carefully managed approach. The migration programme included analysis of legacy integrations, service redesign and migration, extensive regression testing, parallel running and validation, and controlled production rollouts.
